Clearer, more defensible savings tracking

Savings initiatives now come with more flexibility and structure.

You can define and adjust spend baselines, add context like complexity and OPEX or CAPEX, and validate them with supporting documents directly to each initiative. It makes it easier to explain how savings were calculated and confidently present the numbers to finance or leadership.

What this means: Savings are easier to document, easier to explain, and easier to stand behind.

Understand your spend under contract

The new spend under contract tab gives you a clearer picture of contract coverage.

Compare matched spend against total supplier spend, filter by supplier, category, or business unit, and drill into individual transactions for full visibility. It’s easier to see where spend is aligned with agreements and where it’s drifting outside them.

What this means: Fewer surprises and a clearer view of where attention is needed.

Move through Ignite in seconds

The new Command Center helps you find what you need instantly.

Press CMD or CTRL + K from anywhere in the platform to search, jump to recently visited pages, access favorites, or trigger suggested actions like creating an initiative or reviewing supplier duplicates. Instead of clicking through menus, you can go straight to what you need and take action on the spot.

What this means: You spend less time navigating and more time getting things done.

A Supplier Overview built around how you work

The refreshed Supplier Overview is designed as a more practical workspace.

View contract status, performance scores, requirements, onboarding progress, categories, business units, and more in one place. Filter, update, and take action directly from this view, and create saved views tailored to your workflow so you don’t have to rebuild your filters every time.

What this means: Everything you need to manage suppliers, in one place.

Each update is designed to make day-to-day procurement work clearer, faster, and easier to stand behind.
